Shared Hosting

We recommend the Small Business plan if you have a Joomla, WordPress, Drupal or any other type of CMS website. This specific plan is ideal for the hosting of 1 website and offers unlimited traffic and SSD storage.

If you host 1 to 5 websites, then we recommend the Business Pro plan. With Business Pro, you can host up to 5 websites and you will have unlimited traffic and SSD storage.

If your requirements include hosting of more than 5 websites, the Unlimited plan is ideal for the hosting of unlimited number of websites and offers unlimited traffic and SSD storage.

For small websites, we recommend the Starter plan, which offers SSD storage up to 300MB.

If your website is Under Construction and you have already registered a domain name, you can tranfer your domain to Web-ArtDesign and you will receive the Free hosting plan, with SSD storage up to 100MB and 1 email account.

During weekdays, and if you choose to pay by bank transfer, your plan will be activated right after your payment is confirmed by our Accounting Department. Payments are being processed every day at 14:30 (UTC + 02:00). If you choose to pay by credit card or PayPal, your plan will be activated immediately.

As soon as your account is activated, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to proceed. After nameservers are updated, a period of 4 to 48 hours is needed until your website is hosted by us.

You will be able though, to use the Cpanel control panel from the beginning, in order to upload flies on the server and test your website using your temporary URL.

After creating a new account with Web-ArtDesign, you will be able to use CPanel, a powerful tool you can use to manage your website. With CPanel, you will be able to manage your domains and email accounts, monitor your website traffic data, create databases, etc.

Your account with Web-ArtDesign will be created right after your payment is confirmed.

1) If, upon purchasing a hosting plan, you have also registered a domain name with us, both will be activated within 4 to 48 hours after you receive confirmation for the domain name you have registered.

2) If you have registered a domain name before purchasing a hosting plan and creating an account with Web Art Design, your website will load on our server within 4 to 48 hours after your domain registrator updates the nameservers.

If you host your website on another provider and you want to transfer the hosting of your website to us, you can also transfer the remaining time of your contract, if it does not exceed 6 months. In this case, you can transfer the hosting of your website and we will provide you with free web hosting services for the remaning time of your contract, as long as it does not exceed 6 months. To be eligible for that service, you need to submit a copy of your contract, where information on your remaining time is visible.

In order your website continues to oprate during the transfer process, you should proceed as follows:

1) First, you should not deactivate your account with your previous hosting provider and until your website tranfer to Web-Art Design is completed.
2) Download from your previous server all of your website files and upload them via FTP to your new account with Web-Art Design. You should also transfer any databases you may use. In the account activation email you will receive, you will find all the information you need on how to connect via FTP and access Cpanel in order to create databases.
3) Upon tranfering your files and databases, you can use your temporary URL in order to check if your website operates normally.
4) Use CPanel to create the email accounts you need
5) Update your domain nameservers, replacing them with the ones you received in the account activation email. You will have to update the nameservers via the control panel of your domain registrator.

Upon updating the nameservers, your website will be hosted by us within 4 to 48 hours. Until this process is completed, your website will be hosted by your previous server.

After the 48-hour period is complete, you can deactivate your account with your previous hosting provider. For any problem you may have during your website transfer, please contact our support team. Our Tecnhical Department undertakes for free your website tranfer.

As long as your previous hosting provider does not terminate your site, your website and emails will be fully functional.
