Why my email goes to the spam folder?

Your emails can potentially go to SPAM folders for a number of reasons. Depending on the contents of your email, it could be considered as SPAM due to filtering configurations set on the receiver's side. The best solution is to contact the receiver's host directly. Other cases include: your Domain was marked as a SPAM domain or the server you are sending the emails from has been blacklisted. Fear not - if it's a blacklist on one of our servers, it usually gets resolved in a matter of hours.
