What is ID protection?

ID protection is a paid service, provided when you register a domain name with Web Art Design and in case you do not wish to have your contact information shown on WHOis search results. In this way and since your private data will be protected and not publicly shown on WHOIS search results, you protect your email and other contact information from spammers and scammers that might be searching for email addresses online.

Regarding the ID protection service:

1. It is valid for domain names with the following tlds:
.com, .net, .org, .biz, .info, .name, .tv, .cc, .me, .mobi
ID protection is not required for .gr and .eu domain names


2. The service can be activated for 1 to 10 years.
You can easily renew it, via your Control Panel.

3. To activate this service:
a) For new domain registrations, select Additional Services during your domain name registration process
b) For existing domain names, contact us to help you activate this service
